It's not a good day for the Texans at the White House.
Scott McLellan is out as press secretary, and Karl Rove is giving up his policy portfolio and will stick to politics.
The comings and goings of the presidential staff don't make much difference, so you won't read much about them here. President Bush has made it clear he is still in charge.
But I do think picking Tony Snow to be the new press secretary would be pretty cool.
