Not so "fast," Cindy

I am sorry that Cindy Sheehan lost her son in Iraq. I cannot imagine her grief.

But she is a fraud.

It's bad enough she has allowed herself to be hijacked by the looney left and that she plays kissy-kissy with dictators.

On her latest protest, though — a hunger strike to bring the troops home from Iraq that seems pretty filling to me — she has completely exposed herself as a joke.

Just read this from her blog:

I find traveling out of the country very challenging
Come to being on a fast. When I was on a layover in Madrid on my way to Venice, Italy yesterday, the closest thing I could find to a smoothie to get a little protein was a coffee with vanilla ice cream in it. Traveling for 22 hours is very taxing under normal circumstances--but then again, when have we had normal circumstances since the 2000 and 2004 successful coup attempts that have brought BushCo into power?

Clearly, Cindy Sheehan is no Guillermo Fariñas.
