Prisoner's daugher, ex-wife killed in wreck

I cannot imagine it is any consolation for being apart from her for almost five years, but Cuban political prisoner Juan Carlos Herrera Acosta will be allowed to attend the funeral for his 14-year-old daughter Lianet Herrera, who died in a traffic accident earlier today, according to Encuentro En la Red.

Also killed were Herrera's ex-wife, Elizabeth Bizco, 31, and her 2-year-old daughter Elianet González. Another 16 people were hurt in the wreck, which involved a bus, on a road in Sancti Spíritus province.
