Did you know this about Raul Castro?

In the interest of full disclosure, it might be useful to know a little more about Raul Castro, with whom Barack Obama has expressed discussing changes in U.S.-Cuba relations.

Obama is right. The willingness to talk with an adversary is not a sign of weakness.

Just be sure not to be wearing a blindfold when it comes to that adversary's true nature.
