So where are the Castro brothers?

There has been rampant speculations this week, first about the health of Fidel and then the location of Raúl, after he was handed the keys to the dungeon.

A source e-mailed me this photo, supposedly taken just the other day in Caracas.

Is it possible the Castro brothers have gone into hiding and assumed new identities?

I swear, I before have seen that photo here.
