Cuban political prisoner Juan Carlos Herrera Acosta has the perfect riposte to President-elect Barack Obama's stated plan to close the terrorist detention facility at the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The world, said Herrera, needs to pay attention what is happening in prisons across the rest of the island.

"When will the world open its eyes and say that the other Guantanamos must be closed?"
