Dissident leader Nestor Rodriguez Lobaina arrested

Nestor Rodriguez Lobaina

Cuban dissident leader Nestor Rodriguez Lobaina, a former political prisoner, has been arrested in his hometown of Baracoa, in Guantanamo province.

As is frequent with the the Cuban secret police, officials have not told Rodriguez what "charges" he might be facing.
