Jimmy Carter: As sorry a former president as he was as president

Jimmy Carter has long been praised in some circles as America's best former president.

Not that it would be hard to be more impressive than his record as president.

But after Carter's trip to Cuba last week, there should be no doubt that he is still as bad as he ever was when he was in the White House more than 30 years ago.
