The Castro regime hates the Cuban people.
Few know that better than those Cubans imprisoned because of their opposition to the dictatorship and their commitment to building a free Cuba.
For Cuba's political prisoners, like Niorvis Rivera Guerra and Bismark Mustelier, the Castros and their goons save their harshest treatment.
Fortunately for them, there are Cubans on the island who refuse to forget them, who refuse to be silent on their behalf.

Magaly N. Otero Suárez, of the CIHPRESS news agency, reports that guards at the Combinado de Guantánamo prison on Aug. 3 brutally beat political prisoner Niorvis Rivera Guerra after he demanded that his jailers respect his human rights.
Rivera, imprisoned since March, made the demand after guards trashed the food his family had delivered to him.
"My husband demanded that the guards respect his rights, but they began to beat him and he started shouting slogans in favor of human rights, to which the officials responded with violence," said Yudislaidis Travieso.
Rivera has been accused of "injuries," public disorder and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after he participated in a protest after officials arrested a fellow dissident, Rogelio Tavío.
Another inmate told Travieso that after the beating, Rivera was bound and transferred to a part of the prison where inmates are allowed family visits only every three months.

Via Twitter, former prisoner of conscience Jose Daniel Ferrer Garcia reports that political prisoner Bismark Mustelier Galan on Aug. 3 started a hunger strike at the Mar Verde prison in Santiago de Cuba to protest an order by his guards to wear the uniform of a common prisoner.
In response, his jailers stripped Mustelier, who suffers from a variety of health ailments, of his clothes and threw him in a punishment cell, according to Ferrer.
Mustelier in June was sentenced to 2 years in prison on a supposed charge of assaulting a Cuban security official.
Both RIvera and Mustelier are members of the Patriotic Union of Cuba, which is headed by Ferrer.

These are scenes repeated every day in the Castro gulag.
Never forget that.
