Day after raid, Cuban police release UNPACU leader Jose Daniel Ferrer Garcia

A day after police in Santiago de Cuba raided the headquarters of the Patriotic Union of Cuba and arrested him and other activists, UNPACU leader Jose Daniel Ferrer Garcia was released from custody. Most of the others detained have also been released, according to reports on Twitter.
