After more than 56 years, the United States likely will soon announce it has reached a deal with the Castro dictatorship to reopen its embassy in Cuba, where agents of that dictatorship arrested more than 100 Ladies In White and other activists, some of whom were trying to get to Sunday Mass when they were arrested.
Hope in change!
Obviously, President Barack Obama's promise of closer ties, and all the benefits sure to come from that in exchange for nothing from the regime, has not tempered the dictatorship's bad behavior against the Cuban people.
